22-02-2024I purchased this product 15 days before, got product with broken tab. I called Kent customer care about more than ten times, waited for more than 1 days. Finally today engineer came for installation. As per my request he came with new tab. They installed it perfectly , and also provide safety instruments like extra Pre filter sediment, filter cover free. Now filter is working . Thank you Japan electronics
